Why the evidence is going public – and why it matters to all of us

Christmas Day 2024, something happened that never should have happened in an American courtroom.

A judge denied relief.

Within hours, that denial was quietly circumvented.

By the next morning – new paperwork appeared, enforcement began, and lives were altered, even though the underlying orders were never lawfully entered, never verified, and never properly existed in the system.

Knowing this… Local and state officials acted anyway.

We did what the system tells citizens to do: we went to court.

First to the local court.

Next to the federal district court.

Then – after repeated procedural roadblocks – all the way to the Court of Appeals.

That’s when the Truth became undeniable:the orders were void, the enforcement was unlawful, and even the federal court proceedings that followed were built on authority that never properly existed.

At that point, we sought intervention from the one place designed to correct institutional breakdowns – the Chief Judge.

That intervention never came.

So here we are.

Not because we wanted attention.Not because we wanted to litigate in public.But because when Lady Justice is locked out of her own courthouse, the record has to leave the building…

If justice won’t come to the people through the courts, then the people deserve to see what the courts refused to correct.
